Kristin is also an international speaker and award-winning nine-time author. Her most popular books are Amazon #1 international bestseller, YouMap and Your Team Loves Mondays…Right?, selected as a 2020 Top Business Book Read by Training Magazine and a 2020 PenCraft literary excellence award winner.

Kristin is the managing partner of YouMap LLC, which certifies coaches, career services and HR professionals as YouMap® coaches and workshop facilitators. She has certified professionals in the Middle East, United Kingdom, Canada, Belgium, El Salvador, and the U.S.

Formerly, Kristin was a learning and development leader for a Fortune 20 company where she led associate development strategy, learning delivery, associate onboarding and developed the coaching and mentoring process for the emerging and high potential leader programs.

Kristin holds a degree in neuroscience, along with ten executive coaching, leadership development and behavioral assessment certifications, including two Master Trainer designations. She is 1 of only 20 consultants world-wide certified as a Master Trainer in the WorkPlace Big Five Profile™, used in 8,000 organizations in 45 countries.

Kristin has been a featured career expert on Wharton Business Radio, a DisruptHR speaker and a contributor to the 2020 Career Industry Trends white paper on the future of careers by the global think tank, Career Thought Leaders, a premier source of information for career industry professionals.

In 2019, Kristin was invited to travel to the Middle East to speak on an expert panel on careers with Her Excellency Dr. Raja Al Gurg, ranked by Forbes as one of the 100 most powerful women in the world, at the Emirates Festival of Literature Business Breakfast.

Kristin serves on two non-profit Boards: Parachute Bridge and the national career ministry, Crossroads Career®. She lives in North Carolina with her husband Xander and their children.
